Whereas: Bob Ferguson’s gun control agenda is designed to disarm every law-abiding gun owner in the state, leaving us helpless to stop violent criminals and tyrants alike; and
Whereas: HB-1178 would repeal Washington State’s pre-emption law, allowing every city in the state to pass their own gun control laws, exposing gun owners to bogus criminal charges; and
Whereas: SB-5098 would make almost all government owned property (parks, playgrounds, pools and much more) off limits to gun owners, while violent predators hurt innocent people; and
Whereas: HB-1504 would make it a crime for Washingtonians to buy a firearm unless we first purchase $1,000,000 of civil liability insurance, which isn’t even sold in our state.
Therefore: As your constituent, I insist that you VOTE NO on each one of these bills, or pay the price during the 2026 midterms! Washington Gun Rights will keep me informed on your votes.
