Moments ago, the gavel fell here in Olympia, marking the opening day of the 2026 legislative session in Washington State. And that means one thing: the gun-grabbers are back at it.
Before we get into what’s coming, let me simply say “Thank you.”
Because Washington Gun Rights members held the line last year, we stopped nearly all of Bob Ferguson’s gun control agenda — forcing his allies in Olympia to kill their own bills.
But that only made Ferguson and the Democrats running this state angrier.
Now, fired up after the November elections, radical Democrats in Olympia are pushing one of the most aggressive gun control agendas Washington has ever seen.
While there are a lot of gun control bills to be aware of, there are three that are at the very top of the list:
- Civil Liability Insurance Mandates for Gun Owners (HB-1504)
- Expanded Gun-Free Zones Across Washington State (SB-5098)
- Limits on Ammo Sales (HB-1132)
Either way you look at it, we are in for a big fight. And we’re not waiting around to mobilize gun owners. That starts right now.

Bob Ferguson and the thuggish Democrats in charge here in Olympia want us to sit down, shut up, and accept the steady erosion of our rights.
