Tyranny.
It is the only word to describe what happened on Tuesday.
But if we don’t fight back immediately, it won’t be the last time the Left imposes it on us — nor will it be the ‘worst’ we will see.
In fact, it could be just the beginning. So please stop and read this email before it’s too late to take action!
Tuesday morning, Gov. Jay Inslee signed the most tyrannical piece of legislation into law that Washington has ever seen.
If you now try to by an AR-15, an AK-47, or any one of over 62 other types of firearms, you’ll be declared a criminal under this new law and sent to prison!
Maybe worse, if you want to give an AR-15 to your son on his 18th birthday, you’re a felon, because not only are you banned from buying new firearms under this new “law,” you are banned from giving or selling them to anyone else, too.

‘That’s fine,’ some might say, ‘I have plenty of AR15s. I’ll be ok.’
But besides being selfish, that way of thinking is also wrong.
HB-1240 also says you can’t buy any new PARTS for these firearms — so if your firing pin breaks or your barrel is shot out — the gun is “legally” worthless.
THIS IS NOT A DRILL.
The Radical Left has just moved us into ‘check’ in their strategic war on our Second Amendment, and if we don’t fight back now, Jay Inslee and the Democrats in Olympia are just going to come back with MORE gun control.
Some have asked how it can get worse, and that’s easy to answer.
The Left has already shown us their plan by implementing it first in New York State. In a few years, when crime rates in Washington SOAR as criminals now know there are less law-abiding gun owners able to purchase firearms, the Left will come back and tell us the problem is ‘the guns in circulation.’
This will lead to a ban on the OWNING of our current firearms, just like they did in New York in 2013 with the “SAFE Act.”
New York is still trying to unravel this, but with the Bruen decision last year, and the current lawsuit against New York Gov Kathy Hochul (of which our sister organization The NYS Firearms Association is a part of), it’s clear there is only one way to stop Jay Inslee.
We’re going to have to drag his ass into court.

But to do that, we’re going to have to raise funds fast!
We’ve already engaged a fantastic law firm that has a history of successfully fighting for gun owners in district courts, in Federal Circuit Courts and before the United States Supreme Court!
And while our full plan is still coming together, it’s clear that Washington Gun Rights needs to raise funds to fight in court — and we need to do it FAST!

It’s a lot, I know, especially with Bidenflation and the Left in Olympia at war to destroy our economy and advance Communism, but you see what’s on the line here.
If we don’t stop this madness in court, then Jay Inslee will take this as a green light to pass even more gun control!
