If you thought that last year’s ban on so-called ‘assault weapons’ was the end game for Governor Inslee and AG Ferguson — I’ve got bad news for you.
Insiders report that even while the AR-15 ban heads to Circuit Court (and possibly even the Supreme Court), the Radical Left in Olympia are planning to go much further this year.
We expect one of Inslee’s hand-picked lackeys in the legislature to file mental health gun control legislation, mandating a mental health exam each time you try to buy a gun!
No, this is not a joke.
Similar legislation is on the move in other ‘blue’ states.
And given how power-hungry Inslee and Ferguson are, this is exactly the kind of legislation that we’d expect them to file in the wake of this year’s ‘assault weapons’ ban.
Washingtonians are becoming used to non-stop gun control bills coming out of Olympia. But this proposal would unleash a tyranny unlike anything we’ve ever seen!
You see, Inslee and Ferguson and the Commies here in Olympia want the ability to snap their fingers and disarm their political opponents without having to convict us in court.
(Gov. Inslee wants to force you to submit to a mental health exam to buy firearms!)
And these bogus mental health tests are the tool they need to do exactly that.
Because let’s face it: if you admit to loving our country, our flag, our Second Amendment, or our Founding Fathers, you’re not going to pass this ‘test.’ In fact, you’ll likely be labeled a domestic terrorist by the Biden Administration.
That’s why I hope you’ll sign your OFFICIAL PETITION against this tyrannical legislation, so your State Senator and State Representative know you are 100% opposed to mental health exams for law-abiding gun owners!

It’s important that you do, so that we can show the legislature that gun owners are aware of what they are doing.
Obviously, no gun owner wants a criminally deranged person walking around carrying a gun. But there is already a process in place to deal with people like that.
Just consider the facts.
Under current law, those who exhibit ‘warning signs’ can already be detained by law enforcement — at a minimum -– and can be taken to a care facility for treatment, if necessary.
But this legislation has nothing to do with attempting to help individuals who need mental health treatment.
On the contrary, this legislation is about authorizing Governor Inslee to totally weaponize ‘mental health staffers’ across the state and instruct them to deny your right to own a firearm for just about any reason they want!
It wouldn’t matter if you’ve not been charged with a crime!
It wouldn’t matter if you have a spotless record!
It wouldn’t matter if you’ve been a gun owner for decades!
That’s because this legislation isn’t about public safety. It is simply a tool for power-hungry tyrants like Inslee and Ferguson to use as they try to break the backs of gun owners in Washington State once and for all.
That’s why it’s so important you sign your petition right away!

Tyrannical dictators have been labeling political opponents as ‘mentally defective’ as a way to punish them for centuries.
Former Russian leaders Stalin, Khrushchev, and Brezhnev imprisoned countless people who disagreed with their Communist agenda, leaving them in prison or labor farms or worse…
China’s Chairman Mao did this too, denying people who questioned him the right to vote, travel, and much more, claiming that they were mentally defective.
And now Governor Inslee — who is as evil as any of the names mentioned above — is trying to do the same thing: use the results of a politically motivated mental health test against gun owners who disagree with his agenda.
This is the very definition of tyranny!
Could we fight this bill in court should it be signed into law? Yes, but that would take years. And that assumes that the court would agree to hear the case in the first place.
That’s why Washington Gun Rights is mounting a massive grassroots program to flood the legislature with calls, emails, and signed petitions opposing this legislation!
Part of our program includes:
- Targeted digital ads; which allow us to reach hundreds of thousands of gun owners across the state, giving them the facts about this bill. These ads are very cost-efficient, too, as they are easily re-shared by gun owners.
- A powerful texting program; text-based alerts are one of the most effective tools at our disposal because they appear right on gun owners’ phones and have an almost 100% viewing rate. And they are very cost-effective, too.
- The biggest direct mail and email program possible; nothing penetrates Big Tech’s censorship more thoroughly these days than direct mail and email communication. In fact, mail and email programs are more important than ever for gun owners as they cannot be ‘deplatformed!’
- Radio and TV ad when floor votes are scheduled; nothing reaches mass quantities of gun owners faster than a radio and TV blitz. Sure they are expensive, but our ads will hit hard and are worth it, especially in tight districts.
As you can see, this program is going to be brutally effective if we can implement it. It’s designed to send a simple message to politicians in vulnerable districts: if you vote for this bill, you can kiss your political careers goodbye!
But I can’t run this program without your help.

For others, I know that a donation of $100 or $50 represents a real sacrifice…especially these days.
I don’t know about you, but the idea of letting Jay Inslee label proud gun owners as mentally defective without fighting back with everything we have is not an option for me.
We must fight back with everything we have!

Some people say that Washington State is gone and that we should all just move away. But I talk to wonderful people every single day, patriots, who care deeply about our flag, our nation, and this great state!

But that freedom is under attack! And it’s up to you and me to make sure that our children and grandchildren will inherit the same freedoms that our forefathers passed down to us.
