Washington’s legislative session is underway — and things are moving very fast here in Olympia.

This is a short session by design, and Bob Ferguson knows it. He’s pushing hard, trying to ram through as much gun control as possible before gun owners can fully react.

One of his top priorities this year is HB-1504.

We stopped HB-1504 last year, but it was never dead.

Now it’s back because Ferguson wants it — and because Democrats believe they have the momentum to get this bill across the finish line in 2026.

HB-1504 is a direct attack on our ability to own firearms by forcing us to possess civil liability insurance as a condition of buying a firearm in Washington State.

But it gets even worse.

If you own 25 firearms or more, HB-1504 would require you to get individual insurance policies on every single gun you own!

That means 25 separate policies, issued by the state — and you better believe they’ll delay or deny them at will.

This is an all-out war on law-abiding gun owners.

And we can’t afford to wait until this bill hits the floor. The legislature is already preparing to move it — and we need to FLOOD the Capitol with pressure before it gains any more momentum.

Let me be clear:

👉 This won’t stop murderers.
👉 This won’t stop rapists.
👉 This won’t stop home invaders.

But that’s not what Ferguson wants.

He’s not trying to protect anyone…he’s trying to disarm everyone.

Bob Ferguson and the Left like the chaos on our streets.
They emptied the prisons.
They handcuffed the police.

Now they’re using that chaos to justify a crackdown on you and me. HB-1504 isn’t about stopping criminals — it’s about stopping YOU from owning a firearm.
