Over the last few weeks here in Olympia, we’ve been warning you that Democrats weren’t backing off.
They’re escalating.
First came the push to expand deadly ‘Gun-Free Zones.’
Then came the civil liability insurance bill for gun owners.
Now they’re circling back to one of their most dangerous ideas yet: House Bill 1132.
This is the ammo-rationing bill we stopped last session — and it’s back because Bob Ferguson and his allies believe they have momentum to get this done.
HB-1132 would do two things that should terrify every gun owner in Washington:
👉 Limit firearm purchases to one gun every 30 days
👉 Restrict ammo purchases to 1,000 rounds per month
>>> OPPOSE AMMO LIMITATIONS IN WA STATE! <<<
This has nothing to do with safety.
A gun without ammunition is useless — and Ferguson knows it. That’s exactly what he wants. A disarmed population.
They’ve already banned standard magazines.
They’ve already banned so-called “assault weapons.”
Now they want to ration ammunition and track purchases.
This is systematic disarmament, one step at a time.
And make no mistake — HB-1132 came dangerously close to passing last year. It cleared committee on a party-line vote and sat ready for floor action.
The only reason it didn’t become law is because Washington Gun Rights members got loud. That’s why we’re sounding the alarm early.

This is how we show lawmakers — early and loudly — that gun owners here in Washington are watching and engaged.
After you sign, please consider chipping in whatever you can to help us mobilize quickly. We’re preparing pressure campaigns, text alerts, and more digital updates to sound the alarm.
We stopped this once.
But we are going to need to do it again.
For Freedom,

Aaron Dorr
Executive Director
Washington Gun Rights
P.S. Bob Ferguson hates an armed population, and that’s why he’s pushing HB-1132, to ration ammo sales in Washington State.
We stopped this bill once here in Olympia — but only because gun owners stood together. Don’t sit this out. Sign the petition against HB-1132 now.
