The Supreme Court’s Bruen decision in 2022 changed everything in the fight for gun rights.
Justice Clarence Thomas threw out the old ‘means end scrutiny’ standard and replaced it with a standard that now requires the government to show historical precedent for gun control.
The results have been fantastic.
There have been almost 3,000 federal lawsuits filed challenging existing gun control laws. We’ve won more court battles in the last 4 years than we did in the previous 25 years!
Age restrictions…
Mag capacity limits…
Abusive permit requirements…
They’ve all been rolled back, and that’s just the beginning.
That’s why Kamala Harris, leading Democrats in Congress, and the DNC’s social media teams are all pushing their new narrative — packing the Supreme Court, so they can shred our gun rights.

Growing up, I always assumed that the size of the Supreme Court was written in the Constitution by someone like Thomas Jefferson.
In reality, Congress determines the size of the court. And that means that a simple majority vote could lead to disaster. Here’s what the Democrats want to do, specifically:
- Immediately put 4 new Justices on the Supreme Court
- Create 203 new Federal District Judges across the country
- Add nearly 50 Circuit Court Judges at the appellate level
The results would be catastrophic — and felt almost immediately.
The Left would have hundreds of new Leftist judges at the District Court level, to get their foot in the door. Circuit Courts that are ‘swing’ courts now, would be firmly in the Democrats’ control. And instead of having a 6-3 pro-gun Supreme Court, we’d have a 7-6 Court packed with gun-grabbers!
This isn’t hyperbole or an exaggeration at all — it’s the Democrat playbook and they are openly bragging about it.

Of course, gun rights wouldn’t be the only victim in all this.
The Democrats would also re-open our nation’s borders, move to all mail-in voting in swing states, push even more degeneracy in our public schools, reinstate Roe v Wade — the list is endless.
Sure, it would be nice to assume that the GOP would make this a hill they will ‘die’ on.
But given the pathetic weakness we’ve seen from them recently, that would be a mistake.
More than a few moderate Republicans may buy the argument that ‘since we have 13 Federal Circuit Courts, we need 13 justices on the United States Supreme Court.’
The Democrats learned a lot when Biden was in the White House.
They have sharpened their playbook. The next time they have control, they are going to move with lightning speed and do terrible things to our country.
And when that happens, they need to make sure they control the federal courts — especially the United States Supreme Court — to lock in their changes.
