While we are focused on stopping SB-5098, there is another serious threat you need to know about.
That’s House Bill 1504.
This bill is a sneak attack. It requires gun owners to possess civil liability insurance as a condition of owning a gun here in Washington State. The thing is, it’s illegal to sell it here!
The Insurance Commissioner appointed by Jay Inslee made it illegal for anyone to sell this coverage.
In fact, they ran the last company that did sell it out of the state with a massive fine.
As a result, passage of HB-1504 would make it all but impossible for us to buy firearms in Washington State.

And it’s not even just one insurance policy.
If you own 25 firearms or more, HB-1504 would require you to get individual insurance policies on every single gun you own.
That means 25 separate policies…policies we can’t get.
This is an all-out war on law-abiding gun owners.
And we can’t afford to wait until this bill hits the floor. The legislature is already preparing to move it — and we need to FLOOD the Capitol with pressure before it gains any more momentum.

Let me be clear:
👉 This won’t stop murderers.
👉 This won’t stop rapists.
👉 This won’t stop home invaders.
But that’s not what it was designed to do. It was designed to disarm us. Everyone knows that.
