The Washington State Supreme Court says high-capacity magazines are not “arms.”

Read that again.

In their 7-2 ruling, they claimed that the magazines millions of law-abiding Americans use every day for self-defense somehow don’t count as protected by the Constitution.

That’s insane.

Now Gator’s Custom Guns in Kelso has petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn this garbage ruling. If SCOTUS takes the case — Bob Ferguson and his gun-grabbing allies may finally get put in their place!

But don’t be forget: This fight is bigger than magazines.

If they can ban magazines today, they will try to ban ALL semi-autos tomorrow. Then ban ammo sales. It’s all about total control!

That’s the game plan. Step by step.

Gun owners didn’t create the violent crime wave. Criminals did. Soft-on-crime prosecutors did. The Democrats in Olympia did.

And now they want to make us pay the price by leaving you defenseless.

We can’t let that happen. We have to hold the line in Washington State. Sometimes that fight happens in court. Sometimes it’s in Olympia. Either way, we’re counting on you!
